Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Vito’s Pizza & Ristorante (“Vito’s,” “we,” “us”) website, order online, request a catering quote, or message us through Google, text, social media or email. By using them you agree to these terms.

Menu, prices & hours

We work to keep our menu, prices, photos and hours accurate, but they can change without notice and may differ from what is shown online. Prices in the restaurant and in our online ordering system are the ones that apply.

Online orders

Online ordering, payment and delivery are provided by Toast and, where offered, third-party delivery partners. Their terms apply to those transactions. Order times are estimates. If something is wrong with your order, call us at (770) 475-0369 and we will make it right.

Catering

Catering quotes are estimates until we confirm your order. Final pricing, guest count, deposit, pickup or delivery time and cancellation terms are confirmed directly with you before your event.

Messaging

When you message us through Google Business Profile, text or social media, we use your messages only to answer your questions, take your order or catering request, and follow up on it. Replies may not be instant outside business hours. Please don’t send payment card numbers by message. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, shellfish and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. Please tell us about allergies when you order.

Website content

Text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to Vito’s or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, Vito’s is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the website or online services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
