Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
Vito’s Pizza & Ristorante (“Vito’s,” “we,” “us”) runs this website and our social media pages. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, request a catering quote, fill out a form on Facebook or Instagram, or order online — and how we use it. We are a family restaurant: we use your information to feed you well, not to sell it.
Information we collect
- Catering quote requests. When you use the quote form on our catering page, you give us your name, email, phone number, event date, guest count and any details you add.
- Facebook & Instagram lead forms. If you answer one of our ads with an instant form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you submit with us (for example name, email, phone, event date, guest count and company).
- Online orders. Online ordering, payment and delivery are handled by our ordering provider, Toast. Their privacy statement applies to that information. We receive order details needed to prepare your food.
- Calls, emails and messages you send us.
- Website usage data. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools — Google Analytics, Google Ads tags and, when we run Facebook/Instagram ads, the Meta Pixel — to understand which pages are useful and whether our ads work. These collect information such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location and the ad that brought you here.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare a catering quote and deliver your order.
- To send you a confirmation or follow-up about the request you made.
- To improve our menu, website and service.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people similar to our customers.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the restaurant and this website — for example our website host, our email delivery service, Toast for ordering, and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising — and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
- You can control the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences and in your Google ad settings.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you gave us by emailing [email protected] or calling (770) 475-0369.
Keeping it safe
We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to serve you and run the business, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
