Every office has tried Pizza Friday. It usually dies the same way: one person collects orders, chases stragglers, fronts the card, and files the expense — every single week — until they quietly stop volunteering. The lunch was never the problem. The admin was. Here’s how offices around GA-400 run a weekly team lunch that nobody has to manage.
How a standing order works
- Pick the day and time. Friday 12:00 is the classic; Wednesday tends to book earliest, so claim your slot either way.
- Set a base headcount. Twelve people most weeks? That’s the standing number. Tell us the final count the day before — four people traveling, or a client team joining — and we adjust the order, not the arrangement.
- Rotate the menu. The reason weekly lunches get stale is sameness, not pizza. We alternate: NY pizza week, pasta-and-salad week, boxed-lunch week. Nobody sees the same table twice in a row.
- Pay once a month. Companies get a single invoice instead of 52 card receipts a year. No one fronts their own money again.
What it costs, honestly
A lighter weekly spread — pasta tray, garden salad, garlic rolls — runs around $10–12 a person. The full package with dessert is $215 for 10 / $320 for 15 / $530 for 25, about $21–22 a head. Most teams alternate between the two, which keeps the monthly number predictable.
Want the exact number for your event? These are standard package prices. Tell us your headcount, date and delivery address and we’ll send back an exact all-in total — delivery and setup included, no service charge added later.
Direct vs. the lunch platforms
The national lunch-delivery platforms are convenient, but their service fees commonly run 5–20% on top of menu prices, plus delivery and tip — always ask for the all-in total. Ordering direct from the restaurant means the menu price is the price, delivery is free in North Fulton, and the person answering the phone is the one making your food. (Prefer to stay on a platform? We’re on ezCater too, rated 4.8 with a 99% on-time record.)
Close to the offices that order most
We’re at 3665 Old Milton Pkwy — about a mile from the Northwinds Parkway offices, minutes from Avalon, Windward and Sanctuary Park, and an easy run up GA-400 or Kimball Bridge to Johns Creek. Short drives are why the food still arrives hot at 11:55 every single week.
Dietary needs, handled once
Tell us once that your team has two vegetarians and one gluten-free, and it’s built into every week’s order and labeled — you never re-explain it.
Start without committing
Book one Friday. If the team likes it — they will — we’ll make it a standing order from there. Request a quote with your headcount and day, call (770) 475-0369, or order the first one on Toast right now.
