Church meals have a particular problem: the people organizing them are usually volunteers, the headcount is a guess until the night itself, and the budget is somebody’s ministry line. Italian is the easiest answer to all three — it travels hot, it stretches, and everyone from the toddlers to the elders will eat it.
Here’s how Alpharetta-area churches use us, and what each kind of event costs.
1. Fellowship suppers and Wednesday-night dinners
The big weekly or monthly meal for 50 to 200 is where a hot tray line shines: baked ziti, a second pasta, salad and garlic rolls, set up and ready before the doors open. Budget about $10–12 a head for a pasta-and-salad line, or about $21–23 for a full spread with an entrée and dessert. Our cost guide for 50, 100 and 200 people has the full table.
Want the exact number for your event? These are standard package prices. Tell us your headcount, date and delivery address and we’ll send back an exact all-in total — delivery and setup included, no service charge added later.
2. Small groups and Bible studies
For a group of 10 to 25 meeting in a home or a classroom, a fixed package is simplest: La Festa Italiana (pasta, salad and dessert with garlic rolls) is $215 for 10, $320 for 15 and $530 for 25. Groups this size can order straight from our catering menu online — no quote needed.
3. Volunteer and staff appreciation
The people who park cars, run the nursery and set up chairs every Sunday deserve a real lunch. A Celebration Package — pasta, an entrée, salad and dessert — feels like a thank-you, not a pizza afterthought: $235 for 10, $350 for 15, $580 for 25. Add a tiramisu tray ($40+) or mini cannolis ($30+).
4. Youth group and student ministry nights
Teenagers eat more than you think. Pizza plus one pasta tray is the classic: our pizza math guide covers slices per person — then plan a little extra for the high-schoolers.
5. VBS and camp weeks
Feeding volunteers the same week every summer? Set it up once as a repeating order so lunch shows up each day without anyone making a call.
6. Receptions after a memorial service
When a family needs to feed guests after a service, there usually isn’t much time to plan. Tell us the headcount and the address and we’ll keep it simple: trays, salad, rolls and dessert, delivered and set up. For small groups we can often do it the same day.
